Good Knowledge in Supporting Customer , Technician Advise.

Customer support and Troubleshooting of INS projects.

Maintain projects and report to management in case any failure Customer satisfaction, Supporting & remove objections

Multi label Task (Server, Storage, Blade , Switch, Troubleshooting)

Good Knowledge in IBM & Lenovo and can communicate with vendor support in different level.

Capable to conduct the Certificate from Vendor and match the requirement (Training ,Exam)
