Construction Superintendent

Bachelor’s degeree  or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Construction Projects in Oil & Gas in GCC. Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position in Major Oil & Gas Pipeline/Piping Projects.
Description
- In consultation with Project Team Lead, monitor performance to ensure all Project
Construction deliverables are accomplished.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance, reviewing the work progress on day-to-
day activities.
- Monitor and report to project Team Lead of construction details, including progress,
risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all changes to specifications, Scope of work and drawings are approved
and documented.
- Review manhours and duration forecast to completion. Monitor construction
productivity and schedule performance. Plan ahead to prevent problems.
- Oversee and direct construction projects and activities to ensure construction is
completed in accordance with the relevant project design drawings, specs, and
standards in line with the set targets for cost, schedule, and compliance with HSSE
standards and expectations.
- Oversee and direct contractors to ensure their service delivery is according to agreed specs, quality, timeline and costs, and contractual obligations are met.
- Oversee the completion of construction-related documents, system discipline walk down, and punch list to ensure a successful handover.
- Ensure and monitor all material delivery on-site and guarantee that the team performs all required checks for the equipment as per the necessary procedures and vendor

Salary Range RO.800-1200  ( Including All ) 
Yearly once 22 days paid leave
