REQUIRED FOR A CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE GROUP IN BAHRAIN.

MEP ENGINEERS 

Should have through knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Works   7 to 10 years’ experience required   Specialized in execuƟng ResidenƟal Villas, Commercial and High rise Buildings   Age between 35‐45   Should have Driving License   Strong character and flexible in work . Must have experience with High Rise Building projects and Luxury Villa Projects.

CIVIL SITE ENGINEERS

Should possess Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering   Must have 7 to 10 years of experience   Age between 25‐35   Specialized in execuƟng ResidenƟal Villas, Commercial and High rise Buildings   Knowledge in handling a full team including Supervisor, Foreman and Workers   Knowledge in Site planning, program and mile stone program   Knowledge in preparing BOQ   Knowledge in technical works   Good knowledge of procurement acƟviƟes which required for the Site   Good coordinaƟon with Consultant for project documents approvals like Shop Drawings, MAC’s,   etc   AƩending MOM, Progress MeeƟngs etc   Should control Site Store keeper and Store acƟviƟes   Good coordinaƟon with Safety officer at Site to implement good safety pracƟces at Site 

HANDYMAN

Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in works   Age should be 27‐35   Should have knowledge in basic carpentry works like shuƩering works   Should have knowledge in basic plumbing works arising in villas like Water Heater installaƟon,  Hand spray installaƟon, Checking water pressure, installaƟon of wash basin mixer, shower  mixers, Water pump, Water Tanks etc.   Should have knowledge in basic electrical works like replacing of light fixtures, cable pulling,  cable tesƟng, DB panel tesƟng etc.   Should have knowledge in masonry works like block fixing, plastering and chipping works   Should have knowledge in gypsum works like fixing of channel and board fixing   Should have knowledge in painƟng works like preparaƟon and maintenance works. 

MECHANICS - PETROL & DIESEL

Must have 7 to 10 years’ experience in works   Age should be 25 to 35   Knowledge of works in petrol vehicles like changing of water pump, fuel pump, break pad, break  shoes, Disc drum, Change of oil and oil filter, AC filter, Engine works, Timing belt or chain, Gasket  head changing, changing of gear, clutch disc, clutch cover and bearings.   Knowledge of diesel motors like diesel generators, Air Compressors, ConstrucƟon machineries  like Bobcat, JCB etc and Hydraulic Pumps    InspecƟon and repairing of equipment’s like Grinders, Hydraulic Hammers, Water Jet Grinder, all  other equivalent civil construcƟon equipment’s.   Knowledge in basic Auto Electrical works like bulb changing etc

 

TILE MASON

Must have 5 to 7 years’ experience preferably from Rajasthan (India)   Age should be 23 to 35   Should have knowledge in all types of Ɵle works including technical knowledge in reading and  understanding the drawings   Should have knowledge of measurements and BOQ   Knowledge in marble / granite fixings   Knowledge of 45 degree Ɵle cuƫng with grinder    Knowledge of Ɵle fixing methodology   Should have knowledge regarding the amount of Ɵle fixing in 8 hours’ Ɵme and should adhere to  the same . Wall Ɵles should be 10 to 15 sq mtr and floor walls should be 15 to 20 sq mtr 

HEAVY DRIVERS - WITH BAHRAIN OR GCC LICENCE,

Must have 3 to 7 years’ experience preferably from India   Age should be 25 to 35   Should have heavy driving license and operaƟonal experience of high ups   Should possess good character and should be flexible in work Ɵmings.   Should work for 11 hours with 1 hour break   AddiƟonal knowledge in operaƟng telehandler   Operator license to operate other equipment’s will be an added advantage   Should be a good listener

ELECTRICIAN CUM PLUMBER

Must have 5 to 10 years’ experience in ConstrucƟon Works   Age should be 25 to 35   Knowledge in basic Plumbing Works   Knowledge in water pressure tesƟng   Knowledge in reading drawings and execute the works (Both Electrical and Plumbing)   Knowledge in first fixing, second fixing and sanitary ware items fixing   Knowledge in basic Electrical Works   Knowledge in Electrical TesƟng and Commissioning works   Knowledge in electrical conduit fixing works   Knowledge in cable pulling works   Basic knowledge in earth tesƟng   Basic knowledge in DB panel dressing, terminaƟon etc.
