MEP Team Leader

(QAR 2500 + FAT)

• Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP work at site. • Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensure the 

correct services are delivered. • In depth knowledge of general building maintenance specific to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) systems is essential.

HVAC Technician

(QAR 2000 + FAT)

 Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC units and equipment and their controls, including thermostats,  automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, controls, belts,  compressors, heat exchangers, high limit controls, pressure controls, safety valves, and automatic gas  valves.

Electrician                              (QAR 1800 + FAT)

 

Repair and improvement of electrical systems and equipment to include LMV panel, SMDB, DB, MCCB, LV, 

DC, AC , MCB and lighting systems, as assigned . Fault check/trouble shoot, test, commission electrical lighting and LV & MV panels and repair electrical  appliances and HVAC electrical systems. Installs, maintains and repairs a variety of electrical equipment common buildings including switches,  outlets, light fixtures, fans, motors, controls and wiring as assigned.

Plumber

(QAR 1500 + FAT)

 

• Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage,  sprinkler, and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. • Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work  orders.• Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment, including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners
