DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos to customers.
- Maintain a detailed database of customers (catalysts, shutdown dates & contacts)
- Study received RFQs and prepares winning sales offers.
- Manage all technical aspects of RFQ, RFP and RFI responses.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence.
- Liaise closely and provide the Operations department with all customers’ requirements.
- Assist Operations Manager in organizing the production schedule.
- Assist Sales Director in forecasting commercial activities and pricing for budgeting purposes.
- Assist Sales Director in establishing the marketing strategy to be adopted by the Company.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Refining, Petrochemical, or Catalyst industries with a
(technical) sales background.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- Good technical & sales background.
- Good skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
LANGUAGES:
- Fluent in English.
