1) AC TECHNICIAN
Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances
Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances
Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work
Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including, reciprocating chillers, 225ton and 190 ton rotary screw chillers, heat exchangers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, electric and pneumatic controls, and associated safety, over current and other equipment protection devices ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency and conserve energy usage
Performs installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facility’s cooling systems
Utilizes and updates blueprints, technical manuals, manufacturer’s files and other record keeping
Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisor
2) DUCT FABRICATOR /INSTALLER

Design, fabricate, and install sheet metal HVAC Ductwork. Set up and operate machines designed to cut, bend, and form sheet metal ductwork. Cut and weld steel parts with a plasma torch or MIG welding machine. Complete all paperwork required to complete job. Work as part of a team.
