JOB DESCRIPTION
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, Project Controls, for E&l Works in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Review Plan & prepare detailed Resource Loaded Schedule for all E&l activitie:
• Implement effective cost control measures to optimize project expenditures.
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
