Requirements :

  • Age : Preferably 22-32 years
  • Skills : Specialization in tandoor/grill with strong culinary skills
  • Soft Skills : Good communication and ability to work under pressure
  • Ensuring them and their team have high standards of food hygiene and follow rules of health and safety
  • Make sure stock levels are maintained and required items are timely ordered
  • Responsible for you and your team to maintain the outlet's service standards, product quality and cleanliness and have high standards of food hygiene
