• HVAC Technician - Candidate should have experience in Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, Chiller Units, Package Units, AHU’s and FHU’s.
• Electrical Technician – Candidates should have experience in Cable Glanding, Termination and Jointing. Candidates should have experience in Installation and Troubleshooting of Electrical Equipments, Panel Board Wiring and Switch Gears
• Plumber - Candidates should have knowledge in Installation and repair of pipes and fixtures that carry water, gas and other fluids, Valves, fittings, drainage systems in commercial and residential buildings.
• Civil Technician – Candidates should have experience in Mason, Steel Fixer, Carpentry, Painting and Gypsum Works. Preference to candidates with experience in Maintenance Works.
• Candidates with minimum 05 Years of Experience in India is also accepted. But they should have experience in Facilities Management Companies.
• Candidates should be English Understanding.
