• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, cleaning, and security of the building
• Ensure the facility is fully operational and meets regulatory and organizational standards
• Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, elevators, electrical) and schedule preventive maintenance

• STORE KEEPER  - 2 No’s 

       Salary – SR 2500 + 300 /-

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus
• Experience in industries such as Facilities Management or construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).

• MULTISKILLED  TECHNICIAN – 2 No’s

     Salary – SR 2000 + 300/-

• Diploma /ITI in relevant field
• Should have experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, welding, electronics, and fire protection, with expertise in repair and operation

     Min 5 -8 Years’ Experience required (Gulf Exp preferred)
