Reputed Sheet Metal / Manufacturing Company Requires Immediately
QA/QC ENGINEER ( Machining/ Sheet Metal)
Salary : 4000 RM to 5000 RM
Job Description:
Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for the manufacturing process.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including reports and inspection records.
Coordinate with the production team to monitor quality and resolve non-conformance issues.
Review technical drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications to ensure compliance.
Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final products.
Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality certifications.
Train and guide team members on quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in QA/QC roles within the sheet metal industry.
Strong knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in the Malaysian manufacturing industry is a plus.
