Bachelor Degree in electrical Engineering.
minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience as a maintenance engineer, O&G field, with a strong knowledge of troubleshooting and assessment of electrical systems and equipment such as motors, generators, MCC, power & control panels, Synchronisation panels, switch gears, UPS, lighting, CPs, Heat tracing, Firefighting systems, Etc. 
Familiar with the basic investigation tools and techniques like FRACAS, RCA.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a focus on safety
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Management skills. Planning & scheduling skills. Computer skills. 
Proficiency in English. 
Previous experience in KOC is an advantage.
Must be able to climb stairs, work from ladders and elevated platform.
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
