warehouse supervisor - 4300 SAR

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Automobile Eng or Equivalent

* Assist the Warehouse Manager with hiring and training new employees and schedule and oversee warehouse staff.
* Receipt of Incoming material packing material and general items and make Inventory.
* Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized Inventory and reconciles any difference.
* Indent for material to make sufficient stock and inventory as needed.
* Ensure all the stocks are stored in the correct locations in the warehouse.
* Planning the daily activities to achieve the target as per the planning
* Monitor dispatches are happening in a timely manner according to the schedule.
* Scheduled materials being transferred to and for warehouse, Coordinate transfer of Inventory between department.
* Enforcing operating procedures and safety policies
* Preparing various MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly as needed.
* Keep the warehouse and other areas tidy and clean and make ready the whole warehouse area for regulatory Audit.
