PURCHASE MANAGER (PROCUREMENT) 

Education: Any Graduate
Must have 8-10 years of experience in same field. 
Strategic Sourcing, Purchase Management for the all the input materials required for Finished products manufacturing in the factory, like Raw Material, Packing Material,, Consumables, Engg. Goods, Machine spares and services etc.
Co-ordination with Internal departments for shortages of Raw Materials and Packing materials to maintain minimum Inventory levels / safety stock of regularly required materials
Floating Enquiries / Material Indent of specific requirement to the respective Vendors and get the Quotations, Samples of the Raw Material and Packing Materials
Price Negotiation with respective Vendors and preparation of comparison to getting approval from H.O.D. / Authorized signatory for releasing the Purchase Order of respective materials / services.
Preparation of Purchase Order and Issuance of the same to the respective Vendor after compliance of Vendor Registration process and getting Sales Order Confirmation / Tentative delivery schedule for planning
Ensure delivery dates with subordinates for On Time Delivery of pending orders material
Co-ordination with subordinates for in-transit material and compliance of documents like Tax Invoice, Delivery Challan, Material COA, MSDS, Working Standards to complete the G.R.N. and bill passing process smoothly
Decide priority of Consumables and Brought Out materials like Lab Chemicals, Solvents, Engineering / maintenance items, machine spares etc. to maintain Safety Stock.
