Job Description

We are urgently hiring an experienced  Cleaning Supervisor  for a leading  Facility Management Company  in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.

• Monitor cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

• Inspect facilities to maintain hygiene and report maintenance issues.

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• Gulf experience  in facility management or cleaning supervision.

• Age limit:  40 years .

• Willingness to work  12-hour shifts .

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Employment visa provided.
