Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Uzbek Bread Baker to join our team in Saudi Arabia . The ideal candidate should have experience in traditional Uzbek bread-making techniques, including working with a tandyr (clay oven) and handcrafting various types of Uzbek breads. If you are passionate about traditional baking and have the skills to produce authentic Uzbek breads, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake traditional Uzbek breads such as non , katlama , tandir , and others.

• Utilize traditional baking tools, especially the tandyr (clay oven).

• Handcraft bread shapes and designs according to Uzbek techniques.

• Ensure high-quality and consistent bread production.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.

• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Uzbek Bread Baker or in a similar role.

• Experience with tandyr (clay oven) and traditional Uzbek baking tools.

• Knowledge of various types of Uzbek breads .

• Skilled in handcrafting bread shapes and designs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
