Job Description:

Globus is  seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Most important is that all applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English (Official language of Palau).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
