Hiring Organization : A Leading Group of Company hiring for “Civil Construction Division”
HVAC Technician (Chiller Systems)
Qualification: High School/ Diploma/ BE or B.Tech Civil engg
Min 5 years overall professional experience.
Installation and Maintenance: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Install, maintain, and repair chillers and associated HVAC equipment. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of chiller systems, Packaging Unit, VRV & VRF.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to hiller systems, Packaging Unit, VRV & VRF.and HVAC systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to analyze system performance with support of vendor.
System Monitoring: Monitor chiller systems, Packaging Unit, VRV & VRF. performance and efficiency; make adjustments as necessary. Maintain logs of service and repairs, documenting all findings and actions taken.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following proper safety procedures.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs. Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices.
Emergency Response: Respond to emergency service calls as needed, working outside of regular hours when necessary.
Salary : OMR 170- 230 +FAT
