Qualification: High School/ Diploma/ BE or B.Tech Civil engg
Must have exp in Civil Construction or MEP.
Min 5 years experience as a store keeper in a construction company.
Responsible for all day to day aspects of managing daily stores and warehouse operations by optimum use of manpower & equipment to ensure the efficient and cost-effective handling & storage of materials
Responsible for proper, safe, adequate and organized storage of inventory per applicable codes, standards and best practices. Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in storage areas
Responsible for maintaining inventory stock levels (minimum, maximum, average, critical, reorder etc). Responsible for controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP systems. Responsible for stock taking activities. Responsible for conducting periodic internal and external store audits
Responsible for inputting, generating and maintaining all proper stores records and reports.
Responsible for all individual and specific departmental productivity targets, financial objectives, KPIs and attainment thereof.
Should be Knowledgeable with System like MS Office & ERP (SAP Preferred)
Salary : OMR 150-200 +FAT
