Job Description:

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Odoo modules to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in handling Odoo implementations, particularly in modules like POS, Website, HR, Accounting , and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of business operations, financial accounting, and process design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules (POS, Website, HR, Accounting, etc.)

• Analyze business processes and design solutions using Odoo

• Create functional specifications, process flowcharts, and solution diagrams

• Conduct workshops and training for end-users

• Provide technical and functional support to clients during and post-implementation

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs

• Assist in data migration, testing, and integration with other systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo modules

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration , or related fields

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Functional Consultant, particularly with Odoo ERP

• Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules (POS, HR, Website, Accounting)

  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial accounting processes

  • Ability to design process flowcharts, solution diagrams, and functional documentation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
