HVAC Maintenance Supervisor (Chiller Plant)

Qualification: Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration 
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of chiller plant operations, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and air handling systems.
Required Experience with HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the operation, maintenance, and repair of the HVAC systems within a large-scale chiller plant. The primary goal is to ensure all HVAC equipment, particularly chillers, air handling units, and associated systems, are maintained in optimal working condition to support the comfort and operational needs of the building or facility. The supervisor will lead a team of HVAC technicians, perform preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards..
