Control & Automation Maintenance Supervisor

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering & Automation
Required an Associate’s degree or relevant technical certifications combined with significant experience in control systems and automation may be acceptable
Required Certifications: Certifications in control systems, such as ISA (International Society of Automation), PLC programming, SCADA, or relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Honeywell) are highly desirable.OSHA 30-hour or similar safety certification is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in control and automation system maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA systems, DCS, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and related control technologies
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, programming, and configuring control systems.oFamiliarity with control network architecture, including industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, BACnet).
Must have Experience working with HVAC systems, process control systems, or industrial automation preferred.
Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all control systems and automation equipment within the facility or plant. The role focuses on ensuring that automated control systems (e.g., Building Management Systems (BMS), PLCs, SCADA systems, and other control hardware/software) are functioning optimally, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. This individual will lead a team of technicians, coordinate control system upgrades and enhancements, and ensure all automation systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.
