Job Description:

We are currently hiring an Accountant with hands-on experience using Odoo ERP to manage business operations efficiently. This role is based in Ghana, Africa , and is ideal for candidates who can quickly adapt to local tax policies and ensure regulatory compliance across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting using Odoo ERP (modules such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, etc.)

• Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and ledgers

• Ensure timely filing and payment of local taxes in compliance with Ghanaian regulations

• Coordinate with external auditors and local tax authorities as needed

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

• Ensure internal controls are maintained across all finance functions

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with Odoo ERP in a finance/accounting role

• Strong knowledge or willingness to learn Ghanaian tax policies and accounting standards

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in an international environment

• Prior experience working overseas is a plus

Salary:

  USD 400 + USD 100 per month
