Qualifications:
 
Diploma or B.E. in Engineering + NEBOSH IGC Certification
 
Experience:**
 
3+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects (GCC region)
 
Key Skills & Responsibilities:**
 
Ensures safe work practices on-site across operations
Good knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
Supports team in maintaining HSE compliance requirements
Assists in risk assessments and toolbox talks sessions
Reports and follows up on safety observations promptly
Hazard control, safety audits, and site HSE compliance monitoring
