Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Diploma preferred)

• Mandatory Rigger Certification

• Vocational training or apprenticeship preferred

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the Steel Industry

• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment and practices

• Good spatial awareness and effective communication skills

• Highly safety-conscious with strong attention to detail

• Physically fit – must be able to lift up to 35 kg

• Preferred age: Below 35 years

• Ability to work under pressure and extend working hours as needed
