1. Steel Fixer
 
Responsibilities:
 
Cut, bend, and fix steel bars according to construction drawings for concrete reinforcement
 
Accurately read and interpret structural drawings to place reinforcements
 
Adhere to safety protocols and precise measurement standards
 
Requirements:
 
Experience in steel fixing/rebar work on construction sites
 
Ability to read drawings and work with measurements
 
Commitment to safety and quality
 
2. Shuttering Carpenter
 
Responsibilities:
 
Build and install formwork and molds for concrete casting
 
Use hand and power tools to shape, secure, and dismantle shuttering
 
Ensure formwork alignment and structural stability during concrete pouring
 
Requirements:
 
Proven experience in carpentry and formwork installation
 
Skilled in using relevant tools and materials
 
Attention to detail and safety compliance
 
3. Mason (Plaster/Brick)
 
Responsibilities:
 
Lay bricks, blocks, and apply plaster finishes as per design specifications
 
Mix construction materials and use masonry tools efficiently
 
Ensure smooth, even surfaces and high-quality workmanship
 
Requirements:
 
Experience in brick/block laying and plastering
 
Knowledge of material mixing and masonry tools
 
Ability to follow blueprints and maintain surface quality
