Salary: 150 – 170 KWD (Based on experience)
Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods (cakes, tarts, cookies, etc.).
Develop new recipes and contribute to dessert menu planning.
Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Oversee daily pastry kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene protocols.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for baking supplies as needed.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior pastry staff to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Follow strict food safety and sanitation regulations.
Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective production processes.
Collaborate with the culinary team for events, special menus, and seasonal offerings.
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar baking role.
Strong creative skills in pastry design and dessert presentation.
Good understanding of baking techniques and flavor pairings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with a team.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, inventory control, and cost management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
