1. Steel Fixer

• Cut, bend, and fix steel bars for concrete structures as per specifications.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to accurately place reinforcements.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and precise measurement standards.

• Collaborate with construction team to meet project timelines.

2. Shuttering Carpenter

• Build and install formwork (shuttering) for concrete casting.

• Use hand and power tools to shape, align, and secure molds.

• Ensure formwork is structurally stable and meets design requirements.

• Work closely with engineers and laborers to maintain site safety.

3. Mason (Plaster/Brick)

• Lay bricks, blocks, and apply plaster finishes following project designs.

• Prepare and mix materials to achieve quality masonry work.

• Use masonry tools effectively to ensure smooth, durable surfaces.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.

  General Requirements :

• Relevant experience in the respective trade.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.

• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
