MEP / ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities at the site.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.         
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.     
  • Maintain documentation and reporting of maintenance schedules.
  • Min: 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in FM Industry

MACHNICAL TECHNICIAN

180 - 250

  • ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical
  •  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of pumps (centrifugal, submersible, booster or Circulation pumps).
  •  Troubleshoot mechanical issues such as shaft misalignment, bearing failures, seal leaks, vibration, and noise.
  •  Dismantle, repair, and reassemble pumps and related components (impellers, seals, couplings).
  •  Conduct pump performance tests and efficiency checks.
  •  Monitor pump operation parameters and report abnormalities.
  •  Assist in installation, commissioning, and alignment of new pump system.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all tasks
  • Minimum: 5 years of hands-on experience in FM Industry

LIGHTING & SOUND TECHNICIAN

  •  ITI/Diploma in Electronics
  • Expertise in repairing and maintaining CCTV/ Fire Alarm System, electronic control boards, sensors, and timers.
  •  Familiar with, AV systems, Score boards LED screens and automation panels. 
  •   Moderate experience in computer and network.
  • Minimum: 5 years of hands-on experience in FM Industry

SUPERVISOR -HA SERVICE

275 - 350

  • Diploma
  • (Able to manage 7 to 8 employees. Shall have experience in Home Appliance.

AC TECHNICIAN-HA SERVICE

180 - 225

  • ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • (Ducted, Cassette & Floor Standing units; minimum 5 years of experience)
  • (Ducted, Cassette & Floor Standing 5 Yrs)

NOTE:

  • Accommodation, Medical & Transport will be provided by Company.
  • 9 hours of duty + overtime
  • one day off in a week
  • 2 yrs contract
