Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced and proactive Camp Boss to oversee and manage worker accommodation facilities for a leading company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the camp, maintaining high standards of living, safety, and welfare for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations and administration of the labor camp or worker accommodation.

• Ensure the camp facilities (rooms, kitchens, common areas) are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

• Oversee camp security, resident welfare, and enforce camp rules and regulations.

• Coordinate with the company for supplies, maintenance work, and transportation for residents.

• Handle resident queries, concerns, and maintain a positive living environment.

• Maintain accurate records related to occupancy, inspections, and incidents.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local UAE regulations regarding worker accommodations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4+ years of proven Gulf experience in a Camp Boss, Camp Manager, or similar facility management role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Age limit: Up to 42 years.

• Ability to handle responsibility and work effectively under pressure.
