PERMIT TYPE: S PASS
JOB POSITION: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
(Steel Structure & Singapore Work Experience Mandatory)
SALARY:
Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,500 per month
WORKING HOURS:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
OFF DAYS:
Days per Month
REQUIREMENTS & JOB SCOPE:
Must have Singapore work experience in steel structure projects
Proficient in CAD operations
Responsible for monthly project quantity settlement and project cost calculations
Preparation of work-done statements and submission of claims
Coordinate and communicate with Main Contractor (MC) QS
Experience in tender preparation and bid submission will be an added advantage
