Candidate should have 03-05 years of experience setups and 'perates press bra machinery to bend, shape, form, and punch sheet metal into specific parts accord to blueprints and technical specifications. This skilled role involves reading compl technical drawings, programming and operating both hydraulic and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, selecting appropriate tools and dies, and performing qu checks to ensure product accuracy. The operator is ast fort ant on process.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup and Operation: Setting up the
press brake by installing correct tools and dies, calibrating the machine, and then operating it to perform precise bending, shaping, and punching operations.
Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and
interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand the design requirements for the metal parts being fabricated.
Programming and Controls: Operating and
programming the machine's controller, especially for CNC machines, to achieve exact bends and forms.
Quality Control: Inspecting the finished parts
to ensure they meet the required quality, precision, and dimensions specified in the design.
