Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction-related fields

• Preferably experienced as a Quantity Surveyor Manager

• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, cost estimation, bidding procedures, and material control

• Singapore work experience preferred, including knowledge of Singapore contract law

• Fluent English communication skills required

• Salary offered is basic pay only (no overtime) and will be based on experience

• Candidates with approximately 10 years of experience may earn between SGD 4,000 and 8,000
