1. Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician in maintenance, repair, or industrial electrical work

• Hands-on experience with wiring, control panels, distribution boards, and electrical troubleshooting

Educational Qualification

• ITI (2-Year) Electrician Trade

Age Limit

• 21 to 32 years (preferred)

Language

• English required

• German language training will be provided post selection

German Language Requirement

• German Language A2 Level (TELC Certified) mandatory before deployment

Other Requirements

• Medically fit

• Clean Police Clearance Certificate

• Willingness to undergo structured language and technical training

2. Job Description

A German Electrician will be responsible for:

• Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities

• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

• Troubleshooting electrical faults using standard measuring instruments

• Maintaining control panels, power systems, and safety devices

• Ensuring compliance with German technical, safety, and quality standards

3. Salary & Package

Gross Monthly Salary

• €2,600 – €2,700

• Approx. ?2.3 – ?2.5 lakh (based on employer and region)

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day

• 5 days per week

Overtime

• As per German labor laws and employer policy
