A reputed construction company in Kuwait is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Erection Supervisor (Precast) for large-scale projects in the GCC.

? Job Location: Kuwait

? Qualification: Diploma / BE – Civil

? Experience: 8–12 Years (Minimum 3–5 Years in Senior Supervisory Role)

? Salary: Best in the Industry

? Valid Passport: Mandatory

? Candidate Profile:

? Strong experience in erection of beams, columns, walls, slabs, stairs & façade elements
? Proven GCC experience in large-scale precast projects
? In-depth knowledge of precast erection methods & lifting techniques
? Ability to read and interpret structural & erection drawings
? Strong leadership & team management skills
? Excellent coordination & communication abilities
? High focus on safety, quality & productivity

? Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all precast concrete erection activities on site
• Ensure erection as per approved shop drawings, method statements & safety procedures
• Coordinate with Erection Engineers, Project Managers, crane operators, riggers & subcontractors
• Plan daily activities and allocate manpower & equipment effectively
• Monitor alignment, leveling, positioning & joint finishing of precast elements
• Enforce strict HSE compliance & conduct toolbox talks
• Identify & resolve technical and operational issues during erection
• Maintain daily progress reports & coordinate with planning teams
• Ensure proper use & maintenance of cranes, lifting tools & equipment
• Coordinate with production, logistics & QA/QC teams for smooth workflow
