Quality Engineer

Job Description:

The Quality Engineer ensures all products and processes comply with company quality standards. The role includes quality control, documentation management, production support, and adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Maintain document and record control as per QMS
• Monitor production against technical drawings and specifications
• Manage nonconforming products and corrective actions
• Review customer inquiries, offers, and contracts
• Prepare customer, supplier, audit, and training documentation
• Support procurement of measuring tools and equipment
• Track customer complaints and implement solutions
• Participate in management reviews
• Inspect finished products before shipment
• Analyze quality data and reports

Requirements:

• Ability to read technical drawings

Job Description:

Responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding machines to ensure plastic products are produced according to technical and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install and remove molds as per production plan
• Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time
• Perform machine startup and trial runs
• Inspect products and adjust settings when needed
• Carry out cleaning and minor maintenance
• Follow workplace safety procedures

• Secondary technical education
