KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and optimize chemical formulations (including Anti-foam)
Design and supervise blending and production processes
Oversee plant operations and quality control
Conduct performance testing (scaling, fouling, corrosion, foam control)
Support technical field trials and client applications
REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in large industrial companies
Experience in companies such as: ECOLAB/NALCO/VEOLIA/SUEZ/KEMIRA/THERMAX/ION EXCHANGE
Strong background in water treatment chemical formulation
Deep knowledge of RO systems
Expertise in Defoamer / Anti-foam technologies
Hands-on manufacturing experience (not only lab work)
