QUALITY MANAGER – GARMENT MANUFACTURING
Salary: OMR 400 – 1,000 Per Month (as per experience)

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
• Monitor quality throughout fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Conduct in-line and final inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Analyze defects, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reduce rejection rates.
• Lead QA/QC teams, conduct quality audits, and prepare quality performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.
Requirements
? Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Quality Manager in Garment/Apparel/Textile Manufacturing.
? Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, audits, CAPA, and garment production processes.
? Leadership and team management skills.
? Good command of English
