Addax Petroleum, through its wholly owned subsidiary Addax Petroleum, signed an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement today. The agreement gives Addax Petroleum the exclusive right to carry out petroleum exploration and production operations in different locations.
The Agreement covers approximately 14,981 square kilometers (approximately 3,701,805 square acres). Addax Petroleum is a wholly owned subsidiary of Addax, a privately held independent oil and gas firm.
