Construction & Engineering Services Company.

1) Project & Sales Engineer – Electrical ( 3 Positions)

1.1)Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Professional Degree in

Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English

• Working experience of 1-3 Year(s) in the construction/contracting industry, with specific

expertise in electrical wiring & installation is added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Required Skill(s): Autocad (added advantage) , Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project

• Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

• Working experience in contracting company is an added advantage.

• Knowledgeable about authorities and approval procedures and to work with consultants to

secure all necessary planning and technical requirement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication ability with strong interpersonal skills.

•

1.2 ) Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quotation, tender documents, BQ, cost estimation according to customer

requirement.

• Preparation of testing reports and submission to authorities.

• Direct and supervise day to day operations of the project.

• Attend job related meetings, site visits, authority’s office and other ad hoc task assigned.

• Carry out project management, testing and commissioning (HV/LV)

• Attend to client enquiries regarding technical and non-technical issues.

• Coordinate with clients, external users as well as internal departments to ensure projects are

completed on time.

• Demonstrate troubleshooting, leadership, team player and analytical skills.

2) Project & Sales Engineer – Mechanical ( 1 Position- Male Only)

2.1 ) Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Professional Degree in

Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Working experience of 1-3 Year(s) in the construction/contracting industry, with specific

expertise in m/s,ss piping & fabrication works is added advantage.

• Required Skill(s): Autocad & Microsoft Project (added advantage) , Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication ability with strong interpersonal skills.

2.2 ) Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quotation, tender documents, BQ, cost estimation according to customer

requirement.

• Able to calculate dial inch for piping and proficient in costing (added advantage )

• Direct and supervise day to day operations of the project.

• Attend job related meetings, site visits, authority’s office and other ad hoc task assigned.

• Carry out project management, testing and commissioning

• Attend to client enquiries regarding technical and non-technical issues.

• Coordinate with clients, external users as well as internal departments to ensure projects are

completed on time.

• Demonstrate troubleshooting, leadership, team player and analytical skills.

3) Project Engineer – Civil , Structural & Architectural ( 1 Position- Male Only)

3.1) Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Professional Degree in

Engineering (Civil/Construction) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English

• At least 1- 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Required Skill(s): Mircrosoft Project (added advantage) , Microsoft Office

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering – Civil , Structural & Architectural

equivalent.

• Excellent written and verbal communication ability with strong interpersonal skills.

• Able to start working immediately or within a short period of notice.

3.2) Responsibilities:

• Project management: Managing project which includes planning, control & monitoring of

schedule, work scope and costs.

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well subcontractors

• To resolve construction technical matters, problems and drawings discrepancy & advise

necessary changes in planning

• To keep proper records and prepare Site Diary on a daily basis.

• Preparation of quotation, tender documents, BQ, cost estimation according to customer

requirement.

• Preparation of testing reports, submission to authorities and ETC.

• Attend job related meetings, site visits, authorities office and other ad hoc task assigned.

• Attend to client enquiries regarding technical and non-technical issues.

• Coordinate with clients, external users as well as internal departments to ensure projects are

completed on time.

• Demonstrate leadership, team player and analytical skills.

Position 1 to 3

Salary Range : RM 3000 - RM 3500.00 ( Based On Experience )

4) M&E Helper Position –(3 Positions- Male Only)

4.1) Job Description:

• Candidate with hands-on skills on wiring / cabling / electrical wiring knowledge is an added

advantage.

• To perform maintenance in specialized skill area such as electrical/electronic, welding or

machine servicing etc

• Perform preventive maintenance for facilities equipment as per standard requirements.

• To test and repair all mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment.

• Basic : RM 1500.00

• Accommodation : Provided

• Transportation : Provided
