Civil - Estimator / Estimation Engineer - Saudi Arabia (Saudi Experience a must)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.   5 to 7 years’ experience is essential in the Bidding/Estimation Field.

  MUST HAVE GULF / SAUDI EXPERIENCE MINIMUM 03 – 05 years for costing / bidding for cost estimation
• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
• Obtain factored/sub supplier costs where necessary.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
• Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
• Ensure that Job Ex meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
• Be familiar with the general/project specifications and market requirements.
• Be able to work well, within virtual teams of resource to deliver winning bids.
• Review the project documentations such as drawings and specifications in order to create Tender summary report.
• Prepare Clarifications & queries.
• Divide the project into packages and send RFQ for vendors or sub-contractors.
• Receive quotations from vendors, suppliers &sub-contractors &prepare comparison sheet for rates provided by them.
• Review the quantity survey from drawings.
• Should have sound knowledge for prices require for Electrical & Mechanical Works.

 Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent organizational with analytical.
• Strong Negotiation & with communication to details skills.
