INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Degree or Diplom in Electrical / Mech with 5 Years of maintenance exp.
Note : Prefer candidate from Tamilnadu
Age : Below 35

Salary : 3000 t0 3500 RM + OT + FREE HOUSING

Skills & Resposibities :

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in .
Perform regular inspections and maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure they operate efficiently.
Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to prevent downtime.
Calibrate and adjust machines for precision molding, ensuring product quality.
Conduct repairs on malfunctioning machines and replace worn-out parts as needed.
Implement process improvements to enhance machine performance and reduce cycle times.
Maintain an organized inventory of critical spare parts and tools.
Provide guidance and support to operators and junior technicians regarding machine operation and maintenance.
