2.    SENIOR ENGINEERS, HYDRAULIC – CMC

BE / BTECH in Mechanical, Mechatronics. Hands on exp. of Hydraulic systems in Steel Cold Rolling Mill Complex Production Plant i.e. Pickling line, Cold Reversible Mill, Bell Annealing Furnace, Continuous Annealing and Galvanizing line and other Plant Eqpts.

3.    STAFF ENGINEERS, PROCESS CONTROL – CMC

BE / BTECH in Electrical and Electronics Exp. in process control system i.e. pickling line, Cold Reversible Mill, Continuous Annealing and Galvanizing line, Temper Mill and other plant Eqpts.

4.    SPECIALISTS, MECHANICALS – CMC

Dip / Degree in Mechanical Engg. 

Responsible for Plant Condition Monitoring. Root cause Analysis of breakdown and corrective action plan to ensure the plant availability.

5.    SPECIALISTS, ELECTRICALS – HSM

Dip / Degree in Electrical Engg.

Exp. in Maintenance and troubleshooting of Hot Strip Mill.Responsible for Plant Condition monitoring, Root cause analysis of breakdown and provide corrective action plan.

Dip / Degree in Electrical Engg.

Exp. in Maintenance and troubleshooting of Steel Cold Rolling Mill complex production plants, Pickling Line, Cold Reversible Mill and other plant Eqpts.

Dip / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical.

Co-ordination in Hot Strip Mill for planning the predictive preventive and scheduled down day maintenance activities, Resources.

Dip / Degree in Mechanical or related technical education.

Exp. in maintenance and trouble shooting in shift in Hot Strip Mill.

Dip / Degree in Electrical.Exp. in maintenance and trouble shooting in shift in Cold Mill Complex plant, pickling Line, ARP, Cold Rolling Mill, Continuous Galvanizing Line, BAF, Temper Mill.

13.  OPERATORS - FINISHING MILL PULPIT

Hot Strip Mill : Finishing Mill Pulpit Operator. Monitor and control operations as per production schedule and rolling parameters.

Responsible for Maintenance and Trouble shooting, breakdown and corrective maintenance of Electrical Eqpts in the Hot Strip Mill.
