Mould Set-Up Man / FA Technician (Mould Process)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Mould Set-Up :

   • Install and adjust moulds on machines for production.
   • Make sure moulds are properly aligned and ready for use.
   • Adjust machine settings like temperature and pressure for the best results.
   • Help troubleshoot and fix issues during production.
   • Clean and maintain moulds to prevent defects.

2. First Article (FA) Inspections :

   • Check the first moulded parts to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
   • Work with the quality team to check product dimensions and overall quality.
   • Identify and fix defects in products.
   • Document findings and work with the team to improve the process.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mould set-up and failure analysis (preferred).
• Ability to read technical drawings and operate moulding machines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary : 3000 to 3500 RM + OT + FREE HOUSING
