CNC 5 AXIS (DMG MORI) MACHINIST CUM MASTER CAM 3D - 5 AXIS PROGRAMMER

Salary: 2000 SGD + OT

Responsibilities :

Operate and setting CNC DMG Mori seiki 5-axis machines to produce precision Aerospace / Automation components.

Create and optimize 3D machining 5 AXIS programs using Mastercam software .

Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters to ensure efficient and accurate production runs.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any operational issues to minimize downtime.

Document programming procedures, setup sheets, and machining processes for future reference..
