Job Title: Plant Manager - Bricks and Interlock Cement

Requirements:

1. Education:  Any Degree with related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in cement or building materials industry, with at least 2 years in plant management or operations leadership.
3. Skills:
    - Production planning and operations management
    - Quality control and assurance
    - Maintenance and reliability management
    - Safety, health, and environmental management
    - Team leadership and management
    - Communication and problem-solving
    - Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
    - Lean manufacturing principles
4. Certifications: Depending on the location, certifications such as OSHA, ISO 9001, or Six Sigma may be required.
