RedZone / Sulphur Recovery Senior Operators:

• Supervises the operation of plant areas from the field or Control Room, and coordinates
activities and control of the integral units.
• Checks all plant equipment in his area during the shift and ensures equipment isolation
during emergencies.
• Applies work procedures and permit to work instructions during maintenance and other
activities.
• Has full knowledge and promotes HSE awareness among his team.
• Maintains continuous liaison with other Panel/Field Operators to coordinate the required
supplies according to production conditions.
• Alters operating conditions or product flows to allow prior isolation of equipment for
maintenance and re-commences operations according to procedures, following
completion of maintenance. Keeps himself aware of ongoing maintenance work by
reviewing permit to work records/logs.
• Communicates with the Panel/Field Operator of other areas to coordinate operations that
may affect the operation and/or production of any unit within the Plant (Eg. Process upset
/ start up / shutdown). Includes informing each other of changes and synchronizing
activities to minimize loss of production.
• Act as focal communications point between Superintendent and Assistant, Superintendent
and outside operators during emergencies.
• Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and
programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his Job.
• Carry out similar or related duties such as assisting in maintaining shift logs.
• Initiating emergency procedures as required and complying with safety rules and
regulations. Ensuring the security of company assets by operating in a safe and efficient
manner.
• Compliance with the Safety Management System and the Emergency response plan of
the company.
• Monitoring and control of the process control, emergency shutdown and Fire and Gas
Systems
• Communicating observed operational problems to supervisor.
• Initiating appropriate action in the event of process and utility system alarms and trips.
• Monitors and coordinates the designated operation from Control Panel, ensuring safe and
efficient operations.
• Maintain continuous contact with various areas of the entire Plant and Wells to keep them
informed of overall operating conditions.
• Monitors via terminals and alarms, the operations of the designated area and coordinates
process activities according to Instructions received and production requirements.
Includes continuous monitoring of instruments and equipment.
• Act as Permit issuer in WMS permit to work
• Carry out duties as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer as and when required during
emergencies, as per the Facility Response Plan
• Perform LOTO isolation for process equipment as isolation operator. Making field
adjustments according to process parameters as required.

• Maintains continuous radio contact with Field/Plant Operations Operators to keep them
informed of operating conditions to request manual adjustments of equipment, to carry out
on-site readings and convey instructions given by Shift Supervisor.
• Maintains continuous liaison with other Panel Operators to coordinate the required
supplies according to production conditions.
• Alters operating conditions or product flows to allow prior isolation of equipment for
maintenance and re-commences operations according to procedures, following
completion of maintenance. Keeps himself aware of ongoing maintenance work by
reviewing permit to work records/logs.
• communicates with the Panel Operator of other areas to coordinate operations that may
affect the operation and/or production of any unit within the Plant. Includes Informing each
other of changes and synchronizing activities to minimize loss of production.
• Determines developing trends in operating conditions, reporting significant changes, and
initiating action as required.
• Act as focal communications point between Team Leader and Assistant, Shift
Superintendent and outside operators during emergency situations.
Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and
programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his Job as spelled
out In Management Systems Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents.
• Monitoring and recording of key parameters for hydrocarbon process plant and utility
systems, specifically gas gathering and pipelines.
• Carry out similar or related duties such as assisting in maintaining shift logs.
• Initiating emergency procedures as required and complying with safety rules and
regulations. Ensuring the security of company assets by operating in a safe and efficient
manner.
• Compliance with the Safety Management System and the Emergency response plan of
the company.
• Monitoring and control of the process control, emergency shutdown and Fire and Gas
Systems.
• Apply process isolation under the direction of Area Authority and as per the standards
procedure.
• Communicating observed operational problems to supervisor.
• Initiating unit, train and emergency shutdown of process and utility system during
abnormal operation, or as a result of an emergency on the installation.
• Initiating appropriate action in the event of process and utility system alarms and trips.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or
equivalent. OPITO H2S certified, NEBOSH Certification, Knowledge of Honeywell
Experion.
Monthly Salary Range : AED 8000-9000 ( Yearly leave of 30 days + Air ticket+ Medical
Insurance)

Sewage Treatment Plant Operator:
• Operate and maintain the WWT Plants to produce optimum quality treated water.
• Maintain and update accurate records of plant operating parameters.

• Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes.
• Inspect and repair components of the plant including pumping stations, chemical dosing
equipment & controls.
• Monitor all operational issues, perform trouble shooting and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain efficient use of pumps, ensure appropriate lubrication for all rotating equipment,
and monitor pressure levels across the system.
• Ensure an adequate supply of water for downstream usage.
• Maintain the consumables inventory logs and coordinate with vendors and service
providers for reorder.
• Establish a preventative maintenance program.
• Follow HSE protocols and maintain housekeeping to ensure the safety of the personnel
and equipment.
• Carry out routine checks on equipment for abnormalities to report defects noted in
equipment and coordinate with the reporting area panel operator to arrange for servicing.
• Adjust and monitor the alternations of speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow rates as
necessary to ensure that shutdown and start-up operations are effectively performed.
Minimum qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Certification
in ETP operator training equivalent.
Monthly Salary Range : AED 6000-8000 ( Yearly leave of 30 days + Air ticket+ Medical
Insurance)
Senior Technical Officers:
• Provide assistance to Operations Gas Plant & Gas Gathering of any jobs require such as,
but not limited to, taking of Minutes of Meeting on every Department Team Weekly
Meeting, Memos, Letters, Department Circular, Manpower related issues, and others alike
as instructed/requested.
• Prepare the process safety audit schedule for operation departments and follow their
implementations
• Prepare the operator proactive monitoring (Operator rounds) schedule for the area
operations
• Coordinate with Operations Department MRs and update all ISO Procedure in the shared
folder
• Prepare training Matrix for Operations Staff
• Prepare and follow-up payments for common operations related service work order,
release order and purchase requisitions
• Maintain and track proper record for all incoming/outgoing communications and all
ADNOC SOUR GAS Operations procedures and documents
• Prepare plant weekly report as deemed
• Participate in the workforce studies related to organization restructure for ensure
alignment and fit for purpose Organization Chart.
• Coordinate with OD related to job titling, Job family, job category and update with
Department Manager accordingly.
• Coordinates with Human Resources/Training Coordinator on all issues related to the
department employees leave duty/resumption, attendance/rest and training program and
maintain the up-to-date records. Coordinate with departments and HT for EPEs progress
and plan including the Integration of the division.
• Participate in the workforce studies related to organization restructure for ensure
alignment and fit for purpose Organization Chart.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle queries from senior
managers

• Responsible of department's daily/monthly attendance (time recording) and monitoring.
• Responsible of tracking department personnel's attendance issues such as absences and
leaves, compensatory offs, and as such, and to make sure that they are properly
recorded on their attendances and coordinated to concerned person or
department/section of any necessary action.
• Responsible in checking overtime applications of its proper timing claims before further
processing.
• Checking of personnel movements such as trainings in and outside work area and make
sure, that each personnel must properly apply exit/entry formalities if required.
• Making file notes, investigation minutes of meeting notes, attention notices, warning
letters, and other related personnel violations as instructed by Line Manager/Section
Heads and liaise it with Operations Personnel Sections for their disciplinary actions or
further processing, when necessary.
• Department's focal point of any processing related to personnel matter such as CICPA
applications, PPE request, Training request, Temporary Assignment request, and others
alike.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Qualifications with administrative
skills with experience of DGS, MOC, Operating procedures etc.
