1. BIM Modeler : 3000–3500

   • Qualifications :
     • BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
     • Minimum 2 years of experience
     • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit

2. Design/Estimation Engineer – Fire Protection : 3000–4000

   • Qualifications :
     • BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
     • At least 2 years of experience in Fire Protection systems
     • Strong knowledge of design tools and estimation techniques
