Requirements :

Age : Preferably 22-32 years
Skills : Specialization in tandoor/grill with strong culinary skills
Soft Skills : Good communication and ability to work under pressure
Ensuring them and their team have high standards of food hygiene and follow rules of health and safety
Make sure stock levels are maintained and required items are timely ordered
Responsible for you and your team to maintain the outlet's service standards, product quality and cleanliness and have high standards of food hygiene
