*Experience in contract management, review, or negotiation. In-depth knowledge and experience in reviewing, drafting, and managing commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), joint venture agreements, and supply contracts.

*Knowledge of GCC labor laws, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements (e.g., construction or oil & gas).Previous exposure to working with government entities, public sector contracts, or large corporations based in the GCC region.

*Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with laws and regulations in the Gulf Countries (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).
